Our care and education staff are some of the most experienced and committed within this sector. Our values are at the core of every decision we make as a team; Kindness, Nurturing, Resilience, and Rights Respecting. In addition to our core values, ‘Patience’ has also been part of our ethos for a long time, as we believe without patience we cannot achieve our goals.

Staff teams are supported by qualified and experienced managers, supervision and ongoing training and development programmes.

Given the important role that our employees play in young people’s lives, our recruitment process includes thorough background checks (including enhanced DBS) and a specifically designed interview process.

We provide staff with a comprehensive training programme which enables them to work effectively with the young people placed with us.
