In our High support units our staff members are on site & hand 24/7, we also have CCTV in operation. Young people have thier needs and support met through out the Day and Night.

Independent Living

We have floating support and stand-alone properties with outreach services for our young adults as they transition to independence or, to new clients who have already developed a level of independence therefore require less support.

We provide a private bedroom for each young person, this includes a mini fridge, a personal TV and a wardrobe, which also includes a shared bathroom and kitchen facilities, or ensuites.

Employment Support

Including mentoring, coaching, befriending, daily support and proactive engagement with key workers. We have a variety of in depth bespoke training programmes including youth development to help our young people secure employment and become a contributing part of society.

Life Long Support

Our support and guidance does not end when our young people transition into adulthood. We continue to provide support and counselling to those that have been provided our care and support.

Emergency Placements

In cases where an urgent place is needed we can provide an immediate response to a request for accommodation. Our staff will welcome a young person at short notice and help them safely manage the crisis facing them. Our homes are a place of safety, dealing with placement breakdowns, remand, respite and other crises affecting young people.

Recreational Activities

These activities range from pursuing their hobbies and playing board and computer games in the home to individual and group trips outside. Activities in the community include both educational and recreational trips locally and organised trips further afield. Outside activities include playing football in local parks, trips to sporting events, visits to the cinema, skating, snooker, swimming, go-carting, theatre, museums and going out for a meal. Gym Membership is offered to all of our young people.

We recognise the challenges

We recognise the challenges young people encounter as they prepare to leave local authority care and make the transition into independent adult life. We believe that by providing young people with positive role models, and dedicated empathetic, experienced support workers, we can successfully equip them with the independent living skills they need to move forward and make positive contributions to their wider communities. We are committed to all aspects of equality and diversity which is reflected in our ethos, culture and practice of service delivery. We treat each individual with respect, and embrace the significant contributions that come from the diversity of our young people, staff, partners and stakeholders.
